Students,
Alright so today we finished the road to revolution notes that we started yesterday we examined all the neat-o taxes and policies that King George III imposed on the colonies. You will have a "break" tomorrow and be able to sit back and enjoy a film on the revolution of course there will be an assignment associated with it, but it will be pretty low stakes. PPT linked below.

Students,
Today we started walking the Road to Revolution, by examining French and Indian war. We talked about how this conflict brought to the forefront the societal differences of the British and the American colonists and created friction between the two parties that would eventually (13 years later) snowball into the American Revolution. Below see copies of the PPT

Students,
I apologize for the late upload, but here are the enlightenment notes from yesterday.
They are pretty simple and straightforward with the most important slide for the course being the last slide considering how the enlightenment effected the colonies.
You missed out on great discussion if you were gone.

Students,
Today we actually got to write part of a DBQ. If you were absent and have been keeping up on the blog you should have your documents HIPP-O'd.
You will use the information you have pulled out of the documents to create an Introductory paragraph, and your first body paragraph as if it were a true DBQ.
After those two paragraphs have been completed you should work on creating a detailed outline for the remaining two body paragraphs
DONT PUT YOUR NAME ON THIS PAPER
Reminders:
End of the six weeks is coming up make sure all make up work is turned in on Friday.
